When you inquire about or book a session, contact us through our website, or communicate about your photography project, we may collect the following information:

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may automatically collect certain technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and referring page. This data is used for security and performance purposes only and is not linked to your personal information.

Image Rights & Usage

Images captured during your session remain the intellectual property of the photographer. By booking a session, you grant the photographer permission to use selected images for portfolio display, marketing materials, and social media promotion unless a written opt-out agreement is made prior to the session. Images are delivered via private online gallery with password-protected access. Raw/unedited files are not released as part of any package.

If you prefer not to have your images used for portfolio or promotional purposes, please notify us in writing before your session. We will honor all privacy requests and keep your images private with no additional fee.

Event Access & Location Data

For weddings and event photography, we may be provided with access to private venues, residences, or restricted locations. Any location-specific information shared with us during this process (venue addresses, access codes, vendor details) is used solely to fulfill our service obligation and is never shared with third parties for any other purpose.

Venue and location names may appear as metadata in delivered images unless you request otherwise. Please let us know before delivery if location metadata should be stripped.

Online Gallery Privacy

Your delivered images are hosted in a private, password-protected online gallery. The gallery link is shared only with you and the contacts you choose to invite. Gallery access expires according to your package terms unless extended. We do not make client galleries publicly searchable or accessible without explicit permission.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Schedule and plan your photography session
  • Communicate about session details, creative direction, and delivery
  • Process booking agreements and payments
  • Deliver your completed gallery and files
  • Send session reminders and follow-up communications
